Don N. Lerner, MD, FACS
Dr. Lerner is a board-certified otolaryngologist with advanced fellowship training in facial plastic surgery. With expertise in all aspects of ear, nose and throat diseases and surgery, Dr. Lerner's areas of interest include both children and adults including sinus disease, voice disorders, thyroid and other head/neck tumors and facial cosmetics. His fellowship training under the direction of one the leading experts in plastic surgery provides an added dimension for facial cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.

Born and raised in Jacksonville, FL, Allison Evans Waters graduated summa cum laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Audiology and Speech Pathology. She was also awarded a Master of Science degree in Audiology from Florida State University. After completing an internship at the Veterans Administration in Atlanta, GA, Allison worked as an Audiologist at Northwest Paces Ferry Hospital and DeKalb General Hospital until 1988. She returned to Jacksonville in 1988 and has been actively practicing with Ear, Nose and Throat physicians at the same location. She performs comprehensive audiology evaluations assisting physicians in the diagnosis of hearing disorders as well as providing hearing aids for patients. In 2010, she teamed up with Dr. Don Lerner as part of Baptist ENT Specialists.
Allison has experience in ABR, ENG , ECoG and OAE testing. Currently she focuses on hearing evaluations and the selection and fitting of hearing devices.
She is a member of American Speech Language Hearing Association and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA.
Allison is the married mother of four grown children. She is an active member of Ortega United Methodist Church and stays busy with art classes, knitting, gardening and yoga.
